STRATEGIC COUNSEL FOR HIGH-STAKES LITIGATION

Kevin Keller advises clients in complex litigation involving multimillion-dollar exposure nationwide.

For more than three decades, he has litigated hundreds of wrongful death cases and hundreds of other catastrophic loss matters, bringing first-chair trial experience, disciplined case assessment, and strategic clarity to disputes where the stakes are unusually high. In this role he frequently dropped into cases, to take over and bring to trial. He has also handled and tried cases on behalf of plaintiffs, including 7 and 8 figure settlements. He has conducted dozens of mock trials/focus groups nationwide as well.

The majority of Kevin’s practice now is mission driven, pro bono, or reduced-fee work, focusing on protecting vulnerable at-risk individuals and family harmed by powerful institutions and irresponsible actors. He advises and partners with nonprofit and charitable foundations in high impact cases nationally.
